01. At the Forefront of Innovation: Demonstrating Strength Under Rigorous Evaluation
As a key initiative supporting Shanghai's ambition to become a global destination of choice for scientific and technological talent and entrepreneurship, the “Innovation in Shanghai” Competition has been held for 15 consecutive years, attracting nearly 70,000 technology companies and fostering more than 100 publicly listed enterprises. The competition spans key deep-tech sectors, including artificial intelligence, biomedicine, and integrated circuits.
The closer a technology is to shaping the future, the more important it becomes to validate its potential through rigorous, objective evaluation.
The semifinal judging panel brought together investors, industry experts, and academic researchers, who conducted in-depth assessments of each project's technical approach, commercialization progress, and business model.
Throughout this process, Motion Brain's underlying technological framework and product architecture underwent professional scrutiny and received positive recognition from the judging panel.
02. Beyond the Rankings: A Benchmark for Deep-Tech Innovation
For early-stage technology companies, participating in a high-level competition is about more than securing a ranking. It is also an opportunity to benchmark the maturity of their technology and the commercial potential of their innovations.
Emerging technologies often face a gap between technological progress and market understanding. Through a multidimensional evaluation framework, the competition enables innovative projects to move beyond conceptual discussions and engage directly with product development challenges and real-world industry needs.
At the same time, the competition serves as an open platform connecting R&D efforts with market insights, while creating opportunities to engage with investors, talent, and partners across the broader industrial ecosystem.
Through this round of evaluation and exchange, Motion Brain has gained further clarity on its next-stage priorities for technological advancement and business expansion.
03. Moving Forward: Advancing Toward New Opportunities
Advancing to the Grand Finals represents not only significant recognition of Motion Brain's research achievements and the dedication of its team, but also an important milestone in the company's continued development.
Looking ahead, opportunities and challenges will continue to emerge as frontier technologies move toward real-world applications.
Building on this achievement, Motion Brain will remain committed to deep-tech innovation, accelerate product development and industrial deployment, and work alongside more industry partners to translate technological breakthroughs into lasting real-world impact.
